Castle Comfort Stairlifts are a very professional organisation that offer an extremely friendly and personal service consistently. Keith, Ann and staff were excellent in helping our mother with the required furniture and installation of a stairlift in an emergency situation – this was really appreciated by the whole family; they made a difficult situation much easier. The after care service is also very good all sorts of queries are addressed by the team – Mum has said everyone is very kind and helpful. A huge thanks to Keith, Ann and the team for their timely, efficient service.

It was a God-Send finding this website, and Castle Comfort. – Our need for a stairlift became a priority so I Google-ed ‘Stairlift, Birmingham’. There were the answers I needed, (and some prompts for further questions.) – A concise description of products and criteria, including a Video of the little mentioned (stair top) ‘platform’ in action… I spoke to Keith on Friday afternoon, a surveyor called on Saturday and the genuinely ‘made to measure’ stairlift was installed, fully working, Tuesday morning. Perfect. ‘It has turned our two storey house into a bungalow!’ Thank-you.

Contacted Castle Comfort Stairlifts for assistance and the chair was delivered promptly and efficiently to Nuneaton. Great service and pleasant to deal with – would have given five out of five, but the MD is a Stoke fan and his team have nearly relegated my beloved Wolverhampton.

Working in the NHS we are not supposed to recommend particular stair lift firms. However after giving a choice of three different ones to patients in several instances, I discovered that on each occasion – they picked the same one – Castle Comfort Stairlifts. They made their decision for different reasons and I believe it was a mixture of price, attitude and service. I think I can safely recommend Castle Stairlifts straight off in the future.

Most satisfactory service, pleasant staff and the lift was was installed for my auntie within a couple of days from order. The installer took only 40 minutes to complete the job in a tidy and professional way. We will thoroughly recommend Castle Comfort.
